At Mellowfy, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy within one week of receiving your item.
Return Procedure
- Notify Us: Send us a message indicating your desire to return the product.
- Receive Code: After receiving your return request, we will generate a unique code and send it to you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email, based on the details provided during purchase.
- Redemption Period: You have 15 days from the date of receiving the code to use it for purchasing another product from our website.
Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same return procedure. The process for receiving a unique code applies to exchanges as well.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" are not eligible for return or exchange.
